Certified translation services in Vilnius and online
Whether you’re setting up a company, preparing to move to another country to live, work or study, you’ll need an officially certified translation of your documents. We can quickly prepare translations of the required documents and certify them officially, with the translator’s signature and stamps from the translation agency and notary.
Translation agency certification
To officially certify your documents, we bind the translation to the original/copied document, apply our agency stamp and include a signed translator’s declaration to confirm its accuracy under Article 235 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania. This legally recognises the translation. If your project requires it, we can also provide translations certified by sworn translators within specific international jurisdictions upon request.
Notarisation
For official purposes, a translator’s signature must be certified by a public notary. Thanks to our formal partnership, the notary can instantly verify and approve our translators’ credentials.
A copy of the document may also be certified by the public notary. However, please note that the notary doesn’t certify an official document issued in another country without an apostille or a consular legalisation mark, except for Estonia, Latvia, Moldova and Ukraine, where an apostille (legalisation) is not required.
A notarised translation may also be necessary when sending translated documents to foreign state authorities. We can certify your documents and secure the necessary apostille on your behalf.

How much do translation services cost?
Translation costs depend on project size, complexity and the language chosen. We calculate the exact translation price upon receipt of each request. An extra charge applies for notarisation.
How long does translation take?
For express translation: the fastest turnaround is same-day. In many cases, we can translate even a longer document within twenty-four hours. For standard translation the time frame depends on the document’s length and complexity, and may range from a day to a week (or longer).
